In Belgium, Evert-Jan De Kort is on a mission to change our perception of chocolate. The world of cacao offers incredibly rich flavors, but also many mysteries and untold truths. Recently he went to Costa Rica with a small group of artisan chocolate makers to fully embrace cacao.
Intrigued since his youth about pure origin cacao, he started to turn his passion into a business project. With Discovery Packs and through Choqoa Tasting events he inspires people to rediscover the true roots and tastes of cacao. Through sharing stories and experiences he makes his passion tangible and listens to how fans respond.
