Sheena and Michael
Sheena Lindahl and Michael Simmons, co-founders of Extreme Entrepreneurship Education and authors of The Student Success Manifesto and All or Nothing, Now or Never, have been keynote speakers on the topics of student success and youth entrepreneurship at events and conferences from Washington state to Washington D.C. As 2005 graduates of New York University, authors, teachers, speakers, and award-winning entrepreneurs, they are able to deliver a unique perspective that connects with audiences.
Using creative financing strategies, Sheena became financially independent of her parents at the age of 17 and has been able to completely pay her way through NYU’s $30,000+ yearly tuition, excel in school, work full-time at jobs she loves, co-found a business, and write a book.
Michael co-founded his first business, Princeton WebSolutions (PWS), when he was sixteen years old. PWS was later rated the #1 youth-run web development company in the nation by Youngbiz Magazine. In addition, Michael has been the winner of three entrepreneur of the year awards from the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Fleet, and the National Coalition for Empowering Youth Entrepreneurship.
Sheena, Michael and their company have been featured in five books, in USA Today and Inc. Magazine, and on Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS and the AOL Home Page. Finally, in 2006, Michael was named by Business Week as one of the Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under 25.
