Rob Bateman

Rob Bateman is an internationally renowned web developer and open source advocate with a passion for realtime interactive 3D. His main focus lies in and around the widely established 3D graphics engine Away3D, and the general purpose graphics framework AwayJS for native web platforms.

In 2012 Rob setup The Away Foundation – a non-profit organisation specializing in the production and maintenance of a variety of open source graphics libraries for use on the web and mobile devices. The Away Foundation’s primary sponsor is Adobe Systems.
