Pieter Helvoirt

Pieter van Helvoirt is a senior Channel Account Manager at Adobe Systems Benelux. In the first few years after finishing his study Pieter worked for several different companies in the graphic industry at which he used Adobe Illustrator for the first time in 1989.

In the early nineties he moved to a commercial role in graphic-IT and witnessed the start of the desktop publishing revolution , the introduction of the first iMac and version 1.0 of Adobe Premiere. In 1998 Pieter started his own company in Steenwijk, a small city in the north of The Netherlands, providing training on Adobe software and offering support for database publishing solutions using Adobe InDesign Server technology and WoodWing software.

After working with Adobe very closely for over 15 years, presenting Creative Suite at most of the Adobe roadshows and doing seminars on topics like XML and InDesign Scripting, Pieter joined Adobe Systems Benelux in Amsterdam early this year.
