Adrian Cooke

Adrian is Festival Director of Norwich Sound & Vision, an annual three-day festival and conference based in Norwich in the East of England which explores the convergence between music, film and digital as well as offering showcasing and professional development opportunities for artists and professionals in the creative industries. This year’s event (10th to 12th October) will be the fourth and will see significant expansion of the digital strand of the program which will include an expo for indie game developers and a music hack day.

Adrian is also founder and Director of Portmanteau – a sync licensing agency based in the UK. The company represents a range of record labels, publishers and artists from the UK and mainland Europe to place their music in Film, TV, Video Games and Ad campaigns. The majority of Portmanteau’s business occurs in the US and recent placements include the Star Wars Kinect game for Xbox, the trailer for Fast & Furious 5 and the HBO TV series True Blood.
