Vincent Leclercq
Agricultural engineer and doctor of Economics, I started my professional career as a researcher in international economics at INRA before becoming a documentary director and producer (Periscoop productions).
I then launched a television channel dedicated to young African adults (CFI TV) and developed a satellite package of pay TV (Le Sat). After a mission at the cable operator of Canal+ group (Numericable), I’ve been appointed as Managing Director of CRRAV since 2004 and of the cluster Pôle Images Nord-Pas de Calais since 2009.
Moreover, I’ve been the vice-president of Cine Regio, a European network of 34 regional film funds, for two years.
